Late P. V. Surte, Advocate

P. V. Surte, considered an authority on Sales Tax law in Maharashtra, practised for over 65 years, appearing before the Bombay High Court and the Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal.

He was actively associated with various professional and social organisations and was the President of the Sales Tax Practitioners' Association of Maharashtra for the years 1971-72 and 1992-93 as well as the Sales Tax Tribunal Bar Association.

The values, work ethic and discipline he instilled continue to guide the firm today.
